What you’ll experience
There are parts of ourselves we learn to hide, reject, or leave behind—qualities that don't fit with who we believe we should be, or with how we've learned to belong.
Some carry anger, envy, need, shame, or desire. Others hold strength, creativity, sensuality, tenderness, confidence, or aliveness.
This evening is an invitation to turn toward what has been pushed into the shadows—not to get rid of it or act it out, but to become curious about what it may be carrying and what might become available when more of ourselves is allowed into the room.

About the Facilitator

Grady M Fort, LMFT
I’m Grady. I’m a psychotherapist and group facilitator, and much of my work is about creating spaces where we can slow down enough to listen to what’s happening beneath the surface.
I’m especially drawn to the thresholds we encounter in life—the times when something familiar is falling away, something new is beginning to emerge, and we find ourselves somewhere in between.
My hope for these evenings is to create a warm, grounded space to meet those moments with greater presence, curiosity, and care.
