Parts work, rooted in modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian, and Voice Dialogue is a profound process of connecting with the diverse aspects of your psyche. These "parts'' when attended with curiosity and compassion give us a roadmap for more harmony, connection and well being.

Whether you are seeking greater self-awareness, healing from inner conflict, or a sense of wholeness, this workshop will guide you to:

• Learn foundational principles of parts work.

• Cultivate a deeper relationship with the Self as the loving leader of your inner system.

• Explore your parts in a safe, supportive group setting.

• Foster integration, clarity, and peace among the diverse voices within you.

This workshop is open to anyone ready to embark on a journey of inner exploration. Whether you are new to parts work or have previous experience, you are warmly welcomed into this supportive retreat.

Please Note:
This is a non-residential retreat held at a serene private residence in San Anselmo, CA. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations if needed.
