Dreamwork
Learning the the Language of the Unconscious
An evening of slowing down, entering the world of our dreams, and listening for what they may be asking of us.
What you’ll experience
Dreams speak in a different language than our waking minds—through images, sensations, emotions, strange encounters, and stories that rarely make complete sense.
Rather than trying to decode a dream or figure out what it “means,” this evening is an invitation to approach dreams as living experiences: to return to them, become curious about their images, and discover what begins to emerge when we give them our attention.
Together, we’ll explore our dreams slowly and experientially, allowing their images and felt sense to lead us somewhere we might not have arrived through thinking alone.
No experience with dreamwork is needed, and you don’t need to be someone who remembers dreams regularly.

About the Facilitator

Grady M Fort, LMFT
I’m Grady. I’m a psychotherapist and group facilitator, and much of my work is about creating spaces where we can slow down enough to listen to what’s happening beneath the surface.
Dreamwork has become one of the ways I most love doing this. I’m less interested in telling someone what a dream means than in helping create the conditions for the dream to come alive again—through its images, emotions, sensations, and the unexpected places it can take us.
My hope for these evenings is to create a warm, grounded space where we can become a little more curious about the inner life that continues unfolding while we sleep.
